Work load and management is depend on your team.Good team leades you to good way.But not in appraisal pr promotion for that you need to spend many years in the company then only you get much paid and promotions.

Dont expect promotions and much hike.conpare to market no hike is here. If you are an non IIT,NIT or MIT you get low salray that not even matches your living in mumbai.

Need to remove all top management .they are enjoying working nothing ..whole days threating to give PIP their reporties ..name of the motivation nothing ..they are not thinking about other family pathetic culture ..they hired for manager level bt they don't understand mumbai market .how they are working like they want close Mumbai SMB n Enterprise team....they not thinking about jio they are very selfish.

Poor work life balance, unnecessary launch of new projects every now and then which gets dissolve in a month, involving mobility people in home service ( deviation of job profile for which they were hired), poor travelling & conveyance policy at assistant manager level, work culture

Nothing to say, there have no work life balance, minimum 14 hrs in a day have to work. Minimum 4/5 hrs in a day need to connect in Video conference call. There have no motivations and appreciation from Senior level, only job threating and PIP. No promotion. Sunday working culter and last V. C time 11pm.

...ut after joining we have to work 12 to 14hr. No time for family & personal life. Unnecessary salary deductions are very high eg, if u have 7LPA then you will get take home around 47k only. Company culture also very terrible & mass, can't expect the respect from supervisors. If your superiors wants you to fire, u will be out of the system, no job security.
