Very good work life balance. Very good seniors, great projects across domains as you jio platforms has JioTV, JioTV+, Jio Cinema, Music, Broadcast etc. Very good learning opportunities.

Nothing as such. Only thing is they don't fire easily, unless u face disciplinary action

Dislikes

...ntless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Appraisal cycle is very bad. There is no fixed month or date on which the appraisal comes. Too much micro management is there. No work life balance. They just want to get the work finished no matter what the quality is.
