Salary/Comp Changes are not attractive no learning opportunities no proper process documentation no morale events no facilities in other locations other than RCP Need to be in office for 9 hours , attendance check in/check out process like manufacturing is frustrating

There is constant learning and development of an individual working here.

Dislikes

They offer less CTC to a new comers/freshers and pay well off to its higher management employees. They do not care if a skilled employee leaves because they think there is plenty of fish in the market at a lesser cost.

Campus is great, Job security is too good, If ur manager doesn't hate you then you can do nothing and never get fired.

Salary is bad. Promotions are only given to manager favorites. Work life balance is non existent.

Poor salary. Very less yearly increment. In-hand amount keeps on decreasing on various reasons like medical insurance and other, overall pay remained same as of previous year. Very less initiatives for upskilling. No flexibility in working model, strict wfo. Poor work life balance, due to inequality in responsibility allocation. More work will be given in return of good work done previously.
