Un- ethical , un-professional working culture , no increments since last 4 yrs , deductions of salary by 10% happens for 12 months. Bonus which was part of CTC was not paid fully over the years and part of CTC amount was converted in Forced ESOP vid lien on it . Not recorded for truely professionals to join.

the steel and power company, mining and infrastructure fields. the company led by Mr. Naveen Jindal. JSPL has been rated as the second highest company in the world by the Boston Consulting Group. The eleventh fastest growing company in India by business world and has figured in Forbes Asia list of Fab 50 companies.

Some people who have worked at Jindal Steel and Power have expressed dislike for the following aspects of the company like as work pressure, salary, job security, work culture, Boss.

Professional and personal life balance is good... Working standard and policy is best in nowadays

Dislikes

Poor manegement, hierarchy not maintained in our work life. Salary is one of major reason it's it's good to see but when it credit it's horrible.

1) Procurement system 2) Variable pay 3) Mail response from Procurement, Contract cell & other supporting management. 4) different type of uniform like T shirts & Jackets. 5) Salary cut culture if any mistake at workplace.

Salary is paid on time and there is a good salary pack, there is facility of medical claim and the owner of the company, Mr. Naveen Jindal ji is the hero of my life and my source of inspiration
