Salay increments which compares to each employee to others. Same position same experience but different in salary is most dislike thing for me

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions

As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...enior members here are very good who teach us well about each and every machine. Here, salary and food are available on time, which is a matter of great happiness for any employee and every festival is celebrated very well, which feels very family-like.

Dislikes

In this company, salary and food are received on time but sometimes there is a deduction from the salary, for that one has to visit the HR office and the utensils are not kept clean properly and bread and vegetables are always available for breakfast, which makes one After eating the same kind of food, I don't feel like eating it again.

Company provides Salary to new joiners as per recruitees requirement, even higher than their expectation but do not balance out the lower paid existing employees who are associated with the company for not less than 10 years so better to join at top salary and leave timely other wise you will losse your valued with the time .

Dislikes

Here No one is Leader , all are bosses. No one cares about work life balance specially in Sales dept. You have to work on Sundays as well. Mentally pressure is also dominating. Company do not value the employees if they stays in the company for prolong period of time.
