MNC Work culture is totally spoiled by Mr.Shekara Reddy he joined as consultant in company since sep 2024 & harassing all employees. Due to harassment employee left job in same sep2024 month without giving notice period to company. This person is harmful to helper as give warned daily for fired from job. No job security in company until Mr.Shekara Reddy in plant. This guy deputed B. Tech, MBA qualified 8-10 yr experience new joined candidate on CNC machine for 12 hrs. South indian management is there so don't join jindal sinnar plant until Mr V.Chandrasekarn, Mr. Raghunathan, &Mr. Sekara Reddy 3 idiots fired from jindal grp.

Nothing to appreciate at all.

I was instrumental to build up this newly formed JV mfg unit into performing asset from the very projects stage to operational excellence, in the very much capacity of Head Operations (My biggest career mistake, unfortunately). However, out of my entire professional experience, it was of very bad experience so far in many ways.,.. Unprofessional Group, Misbehave with Staff, Full of Politics, Individuals attempt for Dominance, Unprofessional Mgmt Staff and Insensitive Management. Both managements are of very much insecure, most of greedy and wants to take utmost benefits of each others. (Rather to take Ride of each other out of personal agendas). Had you ever heard any president, most corrupt individual and he locks HR personal inside the toilets for 05 plus Hours plus, Bars the individuals attendance/punching of those resigned officers and refrains them from work while making them idle of doing nothing on those designated places (designation wise), withholds officials full and final statements for prolonged time (This is the company work culture spoiled from individual president - who believes in black magic mostly and maintains his personal keep in official residence). Cuts the individual wages as per his own discretion. He is not only spoiling their business but cutting their customers connect completely and thus internally erode the very much skilled workforce continuously. Actually he is preparing for his own counter business. Still management is behaving as of a blind "धृतराष्ट्र". Stands Funny.... Is'nt. Don't know which labour laws support this individual habits in today's Gen.Z & Gen.Millenium era. Strange to hear but it's true.. and many more of such cases of injustice. Irratic individual. Upon meet, you may very much of feel to blast his face with "Thappad". No choice otherwise..and many more so.. Anyway, coming back to JHESL most useless, untrustworthy management of my career observed to be... Thanks to God, somehow survived and get rid of this stupid guys. I can not refrain individuals from joining this group. It's upto their individual preference and the most preferred way of professional suicide....as per choice, of course. All the very best.. 🙏 Warm Regards,

There's lots of trouble in this company with current Plant. They hire people for 8 hr working and in plant they forced to do 12 hr regularly it's a simple do or die situation no one care about your work life balance.
