Good team support, best accomodation for employees. Quality of food is awesome. Company policies are perfect for the job.

Not exactly such kind of things, its just people n their surroundings to work on.

The company takes care of its employees personal life and is very adjusting

Training and lack of professionalism in the work. It helps when a more family type environment takes care of the personal life of the employee but deliverability at the customer end falls completely on the shoulders of the focal point which shouldnt be the case

Nothing. Umesh Thakur is the Toxiest manager a person can come across in his career. Don't ever join this Company. Instead do something else for that matter. You will grow somewhere else but here you will not grow.

Toxic Manager Umesh Thakur. Toxiest culture. All he manages as a operation manager is How much eggs someone eats at Company Guest houses. He keeps a count of how many eggs u ate in company Guest house and tries to cut down on that. All he does is put you down in any way he can. He doesn't care about you or your growth or anything else for that matter. He will not give you a single opportunity to grow on the flip side he will make opportunities to bring you down
