It was the worst part of my life I spent there due to being cheated by Mr. Madan Jindal & family & at the end left hi & dry. They are lingering on to meet for even final A/c just for nothing. This Monday & that Monday is going-on for last 1½ Yr.

They don't want to pay any body but want everybody's work out of any manager. I don't know I believe they don't have any respect for any employee.

Attitude of Mr. Vivek Jindal (MD) & Mr. Yogender Pandey was good towards Employees But they were also enforced to follow certain things that were probably Time to Time Laid by Mr. Madan Jindal the worst Person behind the show.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
