It's full of unnecessary pressure of side jobs irrelevant to the job profile you are hired for. It's works like a dictator rule irrespective of government norms. No fringe benefits, no pf,gratuity insurance.

Dislikes

Too much politics and not academic bent at all. People sitting on administrative positions are even not qualified and lack any skills to do the job, full of ill mannered people. Well, if doubtful, you can experience the things in the interview itself.
