Nothing to like , just doing things because people have no other options.

Dislikes

Newly recruited employe became general manager in just 3-4 year of experience , no rules for peomotion no rules for salary hike no rules for work , no one is responsible for the losses of bank, bank going in loss day by day, everything is run by just 2-3 persons of head office.
