JILIT supported its manpower to maximum possible extent during the lockdown. The company kept its manpower, paid them and privide sufficient time and resources for maximum output.

Dislikes

Though i donot have any issue on this but fromnthe point if view of most, The company salary is generally paid towards the end of next month while it should be paid within 7the of next month.

Pros Of JILIT - As per my personal view the benefit could be there you can get Tea and Coffee - The other benefit you will get very good person from other departments who will meet you during walk in lunchtime they are very good heart - It's peace of cake to getting job in JILIT they doesn't reject anyone - There is big area to walk after lunch because it's the land of Jaypee group - The senior manage the party two to three times in week and everyone pay money for that Like first time you will pay second time someone else pay . - if you like gossip and you don't like professionalism and you are kind of Desi person you would like that company - if you think that you will not get job anywhere you can get in JILIT - If you want to become dearer to Manager then you will have to get more pain there and anxiety just use butter talk for him - Every employee have same review but they don't speak because most of engineer are not specialized engineer in term of degree - Manager will ask you everyday what have you done today . - They don't follow IT environment and manager says same thing - don't believe on their words they changes words according to time if you want to join then know about notice period , provision period and other fector and take all revert on Mail because there is no value of words - Company size is big but in IT environment there is only 17-18 person so don't feel proud to see big company - You will get a lot of anxiety by Manager because you will get burden of his negative words without mistake - you will not use single word of English to improve your communication and gesture, posture there - Don't think senior are expert there they are also dragging life

Cons of JILIT - you will get salary after 12 of every month and i didn't get salary because i left in 15 days - They will give you joining letter in which they will not declare the duration of Training and you will get offer letter after 15-20 days of joining - HR will say Training will be 6 month but it will be 1 year and they will not mention any increase in your offer letter because they will not increase your salary - They don't follow IT environment they are just dragging the day Senior doesn't know the Agile methodologies and Basic terminology of Devlopment they don't know working of Devops and they don't know what's the meaning of professionalism - Manager said to me what will you do here I said I will do training and implement the new thing He said it's not training School so I want to tell you will not get any training there don't expect that - They are working on some ERP and senior are not even aware about version of IT - if you think that you will be professional there in Term of joining meeting and good communication then there is nothing like that - HR will not clear you single doubt till end - It will be difficult for you to joining another professional company - Some senior will not show intrest to help they will say you should search on google and find yourself - Manager will ask every hour from you about the status of work and he will stand in front of you everyday for some hour - He will target you without your mistake and if you will rise questions then he will threat you and will say we don't need such kind of employee here .q - Manager is Running all employees like the Pet (Dog) if you are doing job then you should become like dog and you will have to listen him every minute doesn't matter you made mistake or not - you will get 6 days working and sometimes senior stay after 7 pm as I discussed with them

Teammates are operative and helping in nature,training is poor,job security is average now ,career growth is below average,salary average,Excellent Learning environment ,work life balance is poor

Work environment is average. Managers are good. Team members are good. Job security is good.

Salary will hike very minimum (Jr. consultant 500/Y, consultant 750/Y) and even you will not get promotion after 7 to 10 years. 3 months notice, HR and accountant department are very arrogant and no one will listen you. Even professional work you have to beg to them to complete. In summary if you will join then your future will be destroyed. your economy will be destroyed and you will get depression. Working days are Monday to Saturday.

... Emplyees The bosses are hyper with emplyees everytime and without any reason. No salary growth. No value of work and emplyees. Seniors love only who well play the politics.
