In JIFSA the best part is its support system, the seniors are very supportive, its is open to innovation . I love the fact that I am the part of Jifsa . The Employees not just want to work long but work happily even after retirement,

Actually I don't have anything that I dislike about Jifsa. If we are hired by any company we have to perform... If it is my own company we have to perform for our own satisfaction. and balancing work and life is in our hand. if you love your work you will never have any complains. I don't have any negative or dislike point for JIFSA
