Only politics, management is just for show, here ZSM is everything, only those you know can work.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is no salary and pramotion by looking at the work here.

Only one department and his head is rulling, There is no importance of other departments employees. Toxic atmosphere, highest politics. Uneducated people is sitting on high profile. They didn't believe in process, policy and employees walfare.
