...he work doesn't goes by their way or their mistakes are pointed out your gone😂. My salary and full and final settlement was on hold for 45 days as per their policy but even after 45 days Hr is like please don't consider sat sun's in those 45 days like what??! They just recruit people like a poultry farm everyday over 10 15 interviews are taken giving them fake hopes and leaving them helpless. I request if someone trying to join please think thrice they'll eat up your mental health, make you loose your sleep. And 1 more thing if something happens with me or my career JHS Associates and LLP will be wholly responsible

Working environment with team colleagues is good

Compensation is not good. even the office area is to be large as there is many employees working in this environment. as washrooms for female to be separate.

Work culture is not good, Zero Job security, favouritism for salary increment, politics at senior level management. NO HEALTH INSURANCE.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, salary and career growth is slow. Not really enjoyed the work, accounts team is pathetic not getting support on time, too much blame game.

My journey working at JHS Associates & LLP has been nice. I worked as an auditor over there. If you show interest in your work, and work had, the seniors will surely help you and guide you every step of the way.

Dislike is the pay, they probably should value their employees more.

I love the work culture how all behave so friendly with each other and how helpful all people are.

Curently I have no problem since all people are good and my TL MR. Ashish Sir is also very understanding and helpful.
