Salary growth rate is minimal as per inflation .Huge Workload and must participate in District administration program also .Poor work appraisal system and low increase as per industry.

This organisation is government under taken body. I work as a Data Entry Operator sine 6Agust 2018. I work specially MIS based work.Office time 10:00 AM to 5:00PM.

Dislikes

Salary not increased time to time. Work pressure is so high and salary is very bad. So current time I not able to Survive this salary. I find best job and handsome salary.

Everything is fine in JSLPS, just the salary of data entry operator is very less, in which we common man has a lot of difficulty in running his family

Being directly involved with beneficiaries and watching their development closely. Since Jharkhand is my home state it is also an added benefit to be around family.

The compensation and salaries are as it is as it was 5 years ago. No yearly increment and employees here are underpaid according to the market standards.

There is lot of domains in which new comer can get exposure. Good for career start but not good for career growth.

... their leisure time. Senior officers/ old staffs do not encourage the new comer. There is no Salary and promotional benefit. Salary is equivalent to field staff for an MBA. There is no defined Salary bracket.
