They are trying to make employee work-balance life, it is very good.

... big packages and after joining they told you lots of rule and company's policy. Finally, you get less salary as compare to last company paid.

they just deduct money from employees salary. they charge mediclaim premium to employees, but when u ask for mediclaim card they go blank and give u excuses. simply its a fraud company

I had a deeply disappointing experience working with Jhamtani . The overall competency and professionalism, particularly from the managment was highly lacking. It is difficult to work in an envirnment where communication is ineffective and managment do not seems to understand how to engage with there employees. One notable issue was with so called Director, Minakshi who communicated with the employees in an unprofessional manner. It often feels like she was speaking down to employees as if they are their subordinated with no respect for professional boundaries. Her attitude & approach to managing people were a major concern, as it lacked any sense of professionalism, class or how foster a postive collobrative work environment. There also seems to be a lot of internal politics within the organisation which creates a toxict atmosphere & undetermine team moral. This lead to lack of trust & transpency which made it difficult to achieve any meaningful progress. Unfortunately I canot recomend Jamthani based on my experience. There is significient need for management to improve there communication, professionalism & a respectful collabrative envirnoment.

Employees are good on skill set and humanity ground.

Dislikes

Employees are not valued during discussion or in their presence. No value of honest and educated employees. Humiliation over the salary paid and holidays given. No respect for the efforts made by employee. Exits are usually unpleasant.
