Being a district hospital attached with Medical College and a referral center for numerous CHCs and PHCs, case load is more. For learning doctors (PGs) concern is, it's a peripheral Medical College but most of the department are very good to learn like Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, O&G, Medicine.,

Academic side little poor, staff benefits and perks are not upto the mark

Any one who join this place is for only 1 year or when contractor has his contract with Hospital. I worked there but as the contract period is over and another contractor take the charge all employee Became unemployed right on that date.
