Company is good and MD SIR is also a good person but The managerial post person don't have technical knowledge, give any kind of impractical suggestion, i thought a MD who is highly qualified is hire such manager, who don't have technical skills, but u have your skills than only u can success in this company, otherwise depend on someone, is not benfit u in any manner.

Site incharge ka behaviour achcha nahin site per bhedbhav hota hai jo senior logon ke relative hote hain unka support hota hai baki log pareshan rahte hain jinka koi reference nahin hota UN logon ko koi support nahin kar sakta UN logon Ko pareshan Kiya jata hai working quality ke according promotion nahin diya jata relative logon ke liye promotion Bina kam ke milta hai

Head office staff is very cooperative. MD is very Honest & Cool person. Office culture is very good.

Is company me bas aap kam kar rahe ho to thik hai agar salary increment ka bolenge to aapko bola jayega karna ho to thik hai nahi to kahi aur dekh lo. Company ke MD log Bahut Achhe hai Lekin Company me kuchh Senior Employee hai jo apne aap ko hi MD samjhte hai aur sirf apne relatives k employee ka hi dhyan rakhte hai har jheej me increment me bhi aur kam ko bhi lekar, Company Achhi hai Lekin Senior Employee Company ko andar hi Andar Khokhla kar rhe hai. Aur MD ki nigaho me Achhe bhi Bane rahte hai, agar koi employee in senior employees ke against bolne lagta hai to, wo uski ulti sidhi complaint MD se karne lagte hai aur, niche ke employees to MD se Direct bat bhi nhi kar pate aur jab last time par MD se bat karna bhi chahte hai to MD ke Kan itne bhar diye jate hai ki wo us employee ki bat sunte hi nhi hai. Jo ki company ke liye Achhi bat nhi hai.
