The company is very good specially female employees. lots of facilities, employee satisfaction, growth wise little slow but no salary freezing. so u stay u grow but very slowly.

Over time for staff is without pay and lots of over time

Disappointing experience with this company. As an experienced accountant (14 yrs), I was let go after 1 month of probation without training, feedback, or direct communication from management. Middle management seems to discourage competent employees. Beware, especially if you're already in a good position. Unfortunately, I've discovered that many new employees have faced similar issues after joining this company, suggesting a deeper systemic problem.

There is nothing to like in this organisation which is I noticed in 2 years

Need to train all workers about there profession & work,there is no stability about conversation with worker or for manager,what there are telling they don't now it's terrible. I am working from last 2 years but a single day am not satisfied with my work.

I was working as an administrative executive and front desk at TC branch. Company's culture is very good, they are very traditional and well behaved, Bose's are very nice in both the branches in BDB and Trade Centre and very down to earth but few of the hod,s are very rude and AVP is also very supportive and nice in TC branch, Overall good experience👍

You have to become multi tasking with your single role, you know how to handle multiple task at the same time without any kind of small error.

Jewelex Is not a company it's a Family.I was very happy that I'm a part of this family.I wish that again I work with my Jewelex family

One thing that my Hod is upset on my abstentism but I am not taken leave for enjoyment in my family so much problem so that's y taken leave .I am not blaming to my Hod but in my family prb I want to stand with them that is my priority. That's it.
