...d all the IT assets by courier by my hand the will not reimburse for the amount. after a month I asked for a salary, HR. said you have to wait more than 45 days. and after 48 days I received the salary credit msg and they deducted around 34000 from my salary. I asked the Hr. they said as our T&C you didn't complete one year, you have not come to the office in notice period and they give me the more worst explanations.

Manager was nice. So kind of working under him was good experience.

...ings depending on the project. But job security is not there. No skill training. Salary hike is very poor. No bonus. No celebrations. You have to work 8-9 hours.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. another pulse point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration i also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent compare to Mumbai because in Pune have lots of expensive city

Your work is never recognised, preferential treatment, nepotism, incompetent colleagues are rewarded, hard work and honesty is sidelined, no proper canteen/cafeteria, pathetic washrooms & lifts, unworthy & stupid manager...

everything worst company layoff and hiring without reaosn, company in loss join only if you want to ruin your career have no work but they make you sit in office constant fighting in the office toxic workplace illiterate people in the office broken culture worst HRs
