Nothing good in this company...there is no value for agents working over there...salary is delayed every month...now this company is taken over by blinc 360 but all the management people are same as for jet air shared services.... Such a worst and pathetic company I have ever worked for

Whole company or organization is dislike for me...also for the information jet air shared services is now blinc but management people are the same ...and they are real life cheaters

Salary deduction if you fall sick. Offical salary date is 7. But it will credited by 10-11 (Pre covid) Post covid salary was delayed by 60 days. No Cafeteria, no oven, Air conditioning issue every month. No free transport for night shift. Salary deduction incase of error.

They were really supportive constantly keep in touch with me to understand the situation and also not forcing me to come to office and work and also keeping a close check on me in terms of my health as well as my family

Growth - People promoted through IJP don't know about the work or training and while asking in the end of promotion, they get to know that they have to go through review but no one is there to guide them. Appraisal - U can get appraisal 2-3 times in a year if you are in good books else management will tell you that promotion can not be given every year. Politics - BE in good books and save your job, raising voice against wrong things will also not going to work. Employee has to go to HR if he /she want any festival to be celebrated in office. No fun activities / parties or games for employee engagement. Rules and regulations gets automatically changed as per people personal preference (PL in resignation is allowed for management level but not for employees, Leaves cann not be taken in PL but if company want they can wave off the pending resignation days and also can terminate 30-40 people on name of contract lapse without prior intimation or in name of bad performance but not a single mail has been written to HR regarding those 20 -30 employees.
