My comments are based on my experiences while working with them from 2009 to 2013. For a person who want to learn and grow, it is the right place. But you will get to learn through interacting and working with senior after you have initial brief training. The performers will not have to look for growth and new responsibilities. Working environment was like any other small profit oriented company and achievers had best of work and life too. It was a small company where promoters had a direct control over everything, the under performer couldn't hide themselves and had to face the consequences. My years with Jetage Equipment were satisfying and had opportunity to learn and discover self. I will recommend Jetage to people who have quality of commanding not demanding

Dislikes

Again it is 6 year old experience. The lack of proper personal department to take care of employees right but is it not same for all the small companies?
