Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Likes

Before 2020 all experiences was good. But after 2020 when management was changed all thing changed.

...r when he know the overall Regional team resign because of Regional Manager. 4. Salary delay by 20 to 28 days. 5. Monthaly Expenses not Settle on time delay by 3 month. 6. When you sold any part or printer company not able to supply. 7. Company HR is only for send happy birthday mail. 8. Company not settled the FNF. 9. PF was not deposited from last one year. Other many points to leave company.
