Management was very good and salary was on time.

If i start with Jetairways institution, few instructors where very bad in teaching and have some ego mindset. Next if i come to my station where i worked is ie, Kochin, my head in security were all army retired persons who dont know to take care their team members, no team work. Quality in work was very poor. Lack of knowledge and no customer care.

I feel proud that i am a part of jetairways and my experience of working with jetairways is very nice. The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. As airline also providind air travels tickets and also froving many facility to their employees that employees can help their dependents also.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Well it’s long list, to start with Professionalism, Best airways, nice policies ,good salary,I was given opportunities to learn all allocation, incentives, adjustment in shifts to encounter work life balance,adequate training timely basis etc

Every company has some flaws ,so do my company , appraisal was not as per market standard, no pick up and drop policies for shifts
