...ous and well trained... Process and appraisal were well defined and transparent. Salary package and benefits were the best in Indian standards.

Dislikes

Company did not take the low cost comeptitors seriously... The time company moulded to the current aviation trends, it was too late to take corrective actions is my view point.

Jetairways was all about fun ,frolic and lot of growth .Salaries were always on time and Diwali bonus every year ,was icing on the cake .Pick up and drop facility were too good and were always on time.Training was wow and the dispatch centres all over the network were well maintained .There was lot of travel and lot of travel allowances flowing in every month.

Nothing.I love everything about Jetairways .

...ly because of Jet airways,I got to see the world beyond the boundaries of India.The only airline offered highest salary packages as compared to other airlines.

Growth is slow because many loyal senior employees stayed with company and hence I got promoted to cabin supervisors after 04 Years.

I liked to travel different places, with different people everyday. Salary was also good, everyday there was something that I could learn.

Dislikes

Everyday is different, so there's ups and downs as well sumtimes with teammates sumtimes with work environment.

...raining and facilities and growth opportunities was also seen in the company. Jet airways always provided us with really good salary allowances and bonuses. Apart from it ,we were granted a lot of leaves once we completed probation period.
