...atabase, manpower growth,maintain relation between workforce and management etc. As it was a Public Sector Enterprise so job security was high but salary was very poor and plus point was office inmates are very co-operative but any innovative action needs the approval of higher authority so it delays the action.Office environment was very good so worked happily.

Work pressure was high but salary was very low. My sincerity has no value to the upper management. There was no training for freshers so being senior I have to guide the new folks apart from my own responsibilities though upper management do not consider this during my next appraisal this is very painful to me.
