Everything. And this company doesn't deserve to win anything. Becouse when you try to leave company the owner response like "I'll see how he work in other company, I make he never work with other company."

Dislikes

1. *Timing issue*: no limit of working hours you can leave office only and after approval of management. 2. *Politics*: old employees play politics from the 1st day of your joining 3. *Worst Environment*:Monocratic culture, stressful, pressurised, you can't talk with other employees and female to male conversation is also not allowed that is why the office has too many partitions, biasness. 4. *Leave*: you can't take leave, if you are getting sick they 1st ask you about work, you can take only 1 leave after many of discussions. 5. *Job insecurity*: if they don't required employees they fired them or send them transfer letters. 6. My life's worst decision ever. 7. Nothing is good. 8. The company's old employees are mistreating new recruits, creating a toxic work environment and influencing them to resign.
