Nothing at so much but, if compny policy is different for development department and others department, development department get every Saturday off and rest of the department have working on saturdy, i belive in as employ there is one policy applicable for all the copny employees and department.

The company gives you lot of leverage and support to do a work life balance and give you lot of new avenues to learn. The MD of the company always interact all the employees so that he knows all of them well

Dislikes

Not much, inception or getting trained is getting delayed in Jekson. Once you understand the work culture and expectations. It is a breeze
