Working hours and getting salary on time

Management politics, partiality. Too much internal politics, promoting only south people to higher position, hiring new managers instead of promoting their old staffs, judging people without any proper proof

There is no any work of instrumentation & company playing with all instrumentation guys... Here is only job of earthing They have multiple standard for different project to take accommodation & allowances.... Strict timing...

Only South Indians are promoted in first priority.north Indians having no assurance to get good growth in jef banglore and chennai office.field engineer having so much problems there .some team leads are crazy.managers are so friendly and calm they are so good at their work. There is no privet life you have to be there for 24*7 of you are on field.so be cautious if you are electrical engineer and want to Growth career.just get experience and switch company best advice from my side

IN FINANCE I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TEAM MEMEBERS ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE BUT THE CFO A**N IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THAT POSITION AS HE DONT KNOW TO RESPECT THE TEAM AND HANDLING THE TEAM.HE IS NOT LISTENING TO ANYBODY IN THE DEPARTMENT EVEN THPOUGH THEY ARE CORRECT AND NOT GIVING ANY SORT OF RESPECT TO THE TEAM.EXCEPT HIM OUR TEAM AND COMPANY VERY SUPPORTIVE. THIS IS MY FRANK OPINION DURING MY SERVICE IN THIS COMPANY ANY NEW JOINEE TO THIS DEPARTMENT BEFORE JOINING PLEASE READ OUT MY REVIEWS TILL THE TIME CFO OF THIS COMPANY CHANGES. GOOD LUCK
