Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

OFFICE BOY WILL SEE CAMERA ANS REPRESENT YOU TO DIRECTOR ACCORDING TO ABILITY .. MAIN DIRECTOR THINK OFFICE BOY IS RIGHT BUT EMPLOYEES (WHO ARE WELL EDUCATED ) ARE WRONG... NO WORKING CULTURE AND ans when season is off (no work) they will torture you ... Like not to talk with anyone, or no tea breaks , very strict timing, gents its 9.30 Hrs plus working, and THEY SUPPORT THERE CASTE PEOPLE ONLY

No more options to learn , it's running as like FMCG company.

Dislikes

No benefit like pf, medical insurance, most important no any leave for employees except government restricted holiday. Ta/ da is old like u work for company as 2015.
