please no join here any one because no salary for staff ,only 16000 for M.E degree holder if you work for 10 year also ,21600 for phd holder .And no increment if you work in. same collage for 10 year iam not simply telling it is happing in this collage

low salary ,Tea master for better then staff salary .in the joining time they will tell 16000 is salary but they provide 8000 only from next month .Better join here if you selling fruits also you will for better achieve in live.

I don’t like anything from JCT college of Engineering and Technology. The AO and a teaching staff guy called Jethosg are worst fellows whom suck out of your blood. They will not pay your salary. Don’t apply job there. There is no job security in this institution. No standard culture. All days are working day. They are not following up any Government Statutory Compliance like PF and ESI. No facilities for staffs and students like bathrooms, Medicare and fire & safety.
