This is French MNC. Have been operating in India for 15 years. Work-life balance is good and work wise people can individually or team-wise can work independently. Indian and Expat leadership are quite supportive and knowledge sharing. JCDecaux has office world-wide hence expsoure to international markets increases. Promotion, growth and learning wise it is quite slow, however company supports employees to participate in relevant event for them to gain industry trends. In a package its a good to work with.

There are no specific dislikes, however in every company there could be a few down points basis individual perspective.

The company is work driven and appreciate the people working deligently. Leadership team keeps the people engaged and motivated.

Dislikes

Learning of new skills could be a challenge. However with personal interest people can dedicate to new learnings as work life balance is good at this company.
