Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.

...s (DGM) have supported me for learning and taking the lead at various platforms. 3) In terms of salary they are one of the best, if you are performing management will always try not to leave you, they full fill the commitment. 4) Being new OEM, company is trying to meet other OEM culture, recently alternate Saturday off initiated

1) Canteen & Transportation facility yet to be started. 2) HR policies needs to be slightly improved, although improvement is there but pace is very slow.

... is very transparent, company policies are very good, open platform for work, Company provide sallery and bonus on time every year.

Carrier financial growth is slow. From last 2 year a lot of politics developed inside. And due to this a lot of restrictions occur to survive a work oriented person in JBM and the frequency is in increasing mode with great rate.

कम से कम salary पे जानवरो की तरह काम होता है। यहा का खाना जानवर भी नही खाते है। PRODUCTION विभाग का हर एक कर्मचारी मादरचोद है। वर्कर के साथ जानवरो से भी बुरा बर्ताव होता है। क्वालिटी डिपार्टमेंट में केवल 1 से दो प्रतिसत लोग अच्छे है। यहा का एनवायरमेन्ट बहुत खराब है, हेल्ट और सेफ्टी केवल नाम मात्र की चीज है यहा। कुल मिलाकर यहा काम करना मतलब जिंदगी बर्बाद करना है।

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometimes.i have to work 11-12 hr.parday managers do not value an individuals unique strength,i have to take back my suggestions most of the times
