Carrier financial growth is slow. From last 2 year a lot of politics developed inside. And due to this a lot of restrictions occur to survive a work oriented person in JBM and the frequency is in increasing mode with great rate.

In JBM, cooperative staff and also workers woth the new person. Working environment is atmospheric like you feel like you are working at your home. Also, flr the increase the productivity they use the robots for spot welding and CO2 welding.

Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.

Nothing..you will be use by company and nothing else.salary standard is very low they pay very less,increment is too low,no salary revision,they keep low manpower,getting leave is difficult.
