1) Canteen & Transportation facility yet to be started. 2) HR policies needs to be slightly improved, although improvement is there but pace is very slow.

No fixed working hours. Management can also call you on Sunday's and holidays without any prior notice. No fixed work profile. Can put you to the tast that's not even related to your job profile. No learning workshops. No training sessions for new learnings.

... is very transparent, company policies are very good, open platform for work, Company provide sallery and bonus on time every year.

Dislikes

Carrier financial growth is slow. From last 2 year a lot of politics developed inside. And due to this a lot of restrictions occur to survive a work oriented person in JBM and the frequency is in increasing mode with great rate.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 years before which vou connot resiqn in the job training is not given to new joinees

...mployees during covid 19 lockdawn. It not cut the all payment of the employees. According to designation the percentage of salary has deducted. And helps many of people's to give some fund to the charity of covid 19

... thing is not good that is The payment id the contractual people is very less. Because they do very well in other words we can say that now the jbm group is this position is only because of this people's but no body discuss about the salary of contractuals.
