I don't like anything in this company. How to torture to the employees so that they won't ask any kind of facilities which he supposed to be offered by the company at free of cost, ultimately cost saving to the company.

...r 12 hrs a day with no food compensation at any designation & no cab service. 2. HR & their boss are shameless they don't have the sense & Ethics how to treat with employees, they think they are the owner of the company, they are illiterate usually do calculation mistakes in terms of your notice period calculation or either salary summation. 3. HR what they offered salary in communication, it will be totally different, ultimately it will be loss for the employees. 4. Policies made by the HR are against of the employees, no employee friendly policy. Policymakers are illiterate & don't have experience from top MNC & OEM background. 5. The role ie.job description for which you are interviewed, in actual you won't get the role for which you are interviewed. Fake promises at the time of interview regards work profile & salary from HR & HR head. Candidates backout a day before joining date. 6. Company don't pay variable amount which is the part of CTC. 7. If you have any emergency company don't provide you any kind of support to employees & they take advantage of your situation & make you torture ultimately it will lead to severe health issues/loss of health. 8. Limited leaves. No public holiday. 6 days working. 9. Company don't have the software tools as it is startup company. 10. The employees of the company are not technically sound & not able to ask core technical questions during interview. 11. It's owner driven company, they need ROI even on toilet. Limited numbers of toilets in the organisation, with no proper hygiene. No restroom. 12. You can't take more than 2 tea per day. 13. No female employees are in this company except hr. Worst culture. 14. Employees need to beg for their rights or for their official work. 15. No work life balance. 16. No extracurricular activities. 17. Company is shifting to banchari, kosi Kalan mathura. 18. HOD uses bad words to junior level employees.

I want to give them -ve star rating. No HR policy, even they have deducted salary of employees, who suffered from COVID. And beauty is that person infected from other employees of this company. No ELs are given due to work from home given in first lockdown. No performance pay has been given even after completing almost 2 years. Fake promises during joining and each and everything should be on paper, otherwise HR doesn't have respect of her voice. No flixible timings in morning.

Lala company. No sitting arrangement,no drinking water facility,no canteen facility, no convyence facility, very less EL,3 month notice must for everyone.if any body come in there fish net he can not easily go

Pure lala culture. No salary hikes,even vp post person not having right to spend 10 rs. Without lala approval.HR is making present and absent only. Everything is decided by lala.15 jan and 15 aug is also working if needed with shutter down.
