There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is fast there are bond of 3 years before wich you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joining

Company staff is gud.everyone working in a team. I love that I'm a part of it.plant having everything that u have to learn specially if u r fresher.

Growth is very low. Working pressure is too high. Salary structure is low. Salary didn't came in time with in a first 10 days of the month. Also increment didn't given as a person talent .

5 days a week timing 10-6 very suitable salary bonus all on time increment every year without fail received full salary during corona period sitting at home

Very partial n biased at time of giving increment favoritism first work n sincerety does not matter no HR rules n regulations followed no HR DEPT not informed staff abut der future what will happen as company got sold off recently

Fast decision at top level, freedom in doing and planning work, handled multiple role like accounts, taxation, finance, material management etc.

Dislikes

Time schedule as most of time required to sit late hours to complete the multiple task in timely manner.
