It is work from home company work i would get salary on time and provided things like table and chair, ups, wifi to work comfortable.

I did not get an appreciation, I did not get good salary hike, I did not see my skills upgrade instead my skills went worst.

Work Time - Hard to manage time between personal life and office hours because of late work hours, Support from Account Team, Leave policy - Suggestion (currently we have 1 selective holiday, can be all selective festival holidays except govt. mandatory 2 holiday) it will help everyone to take/celebrate holiday as per their religion/ state.
