Dislikes

Well most students have learning disability like linguistic, educational cultural even personal challenges. So ESL is more difficult for them then other countries. It was a challenge for the second language teachers of English to teach English as a foreign language.

Likes

I loved the respect the administration gave to thier expat employees. Though,there is no growth or increments in salary but still one can be satisfied with thier remuneration package.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the work pressure massively increased,but then that is quite common in other universities as well.

teammates very good, training average, job security depends on performance, career growth nil, salary very good, travel excellent, worklife balance OK

language barrier, without Arabic proficiency work life balance is hampered.

Work culture, Teammates are supportive.

When they have pressure for reducing employees they could not took good decisions they terminated the experience person who's professional in IT and they kept continuing nonexprience person even they don't have experience in

Likes

I get to teach courses I would never have taught in India. I also have breathing space to carry out extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

I am sad I haven't been promoted due to policy change with regard to expatriates.
