Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good

Compny not my growing area's and salary is decent but career growth is slow.

1) The Rating 2.4 of Company is Saying all things. 2) Nothing is special Good to say or describe about Company atmosphere.

1) No Job Security, You always would listen from company team ! Yesterday they Fired him, Today they are going to expel these and Tomorrow god know! 2) There is one most interesting Character (from family side "Chacha ji") he always use word like expel him, expel them. 3) Your Job may be run here maximum 6 to 8 Month or luckily 11 month. 4) Your travel allowance always will come with cut without no reason. 5) Read all comment before joining

Here are the following points which is very terrible in the company :- 1. First of all Nil job security 2. Very political Environment 3. Not paying salaries to the employee 4. Product quality is 3rd class 5. Very horrible culture 6. No system in the company 7. Company is financially struggling 8. Politics is next level here 9. I don't recommend this company to anyone 10. Every employee is puzzled here 11. No fnf gurantee , dont provide fnf to any employee still many fnf's are pending

No experience of b to c business ,so called responsible/adviser have also nil knowledge of S & D. Management didn't adddress market issue expect 2/3 person they do not trust anybody. Only one thing they need that is ALLADIN KA CHIRAG
