Company likes to keep employees through contracter to avoid of union problem. Temporary/casual staff don't get weekly off/holidays and are forced to work after duty hour.Annual increment is very bad. Permanent employees get all facilities but casual staff has to wait many years to become permanent.

Job is secure unless u misbehave with any executive /lady.Salary is poor so new staff come here only for training. They learn and resign.

It's was an great time period working with this hotel, 100% job security and excellent work environment with very senior and expert's staff, Thank you jaypee vasant continental to giving me that lovely moments in my life.

Hmm everything is good but may marketing team should push some more affords to compete with other hotel.

I've done Six month internship in Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel. And it was good experience and good relation with chefs. I wish if I could get a job in this hotel it'd be a good asset for organization and for me. Thanks
