It’s a very huge property in Agra. No other hotel have this much rooms in Agra 341 rooms. I haven’t seen any off season in this hotel, which is good as a employee.

Dislikes

Salary is very very low according to other hotels. Promotion depends only how many years u spend in this hotel, they don’t care about your skills your performance.

- slow promotion/ Appraisals - Worst Hr Team -They will hold your salary without notice and assumed your are on notice period without cross checking it. - Biased Salary ( less Experienced will get more salary then Experienced once)

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are not very good, appraisals are not very much fair, and they are not a good pay master. The company add the bonus in the CTC but at the time of due, normally they never pay the bonus as they committed.

You can get the salary at the time of joining as you required, but after the joining, there are no salary and carrier growth in the company. There are a three month notice period to surve the company at the time of leaving

all co-workers and teammates supportive. there is cafeteria food good and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies is ok.

salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is so Many working from last few year . but they didn't get promotion.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salty hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salty is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to the joiness.
