It was using odoo erp system which is not user friendly or something loophole is there in implementation.

I like the culture and positive circumstances with good environment of my company. HR policies sounds good enough. Entire managements are very supportive and transparent. Always employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equiments and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangments. Using latest technology to ease work done.

Dislikes

Needs to provide canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food. also, an arrangement of food for fasting people it will help us to reduce attrition rate. External training needs to be arranged. Needs to built medical facilities and annual medical checkups

Likes

The owner of this company are one of best gentleman. They are having superb skill in their field. Very innovative. They are very good as a mentor and director.

Dislikes

Contract employees and typical rigid production staff is one of the big challenge. No employee beneficial skim such as p.f. and all.

I like there good environment, rule and regulations are good,staff are good and well good reputed company and I am proud to working there, there owner mentality is excellent...

There you wanting leave for days not possible and there sallery time date not fix that's why I leave for this job
