Compensation N/A if you lose your job due to covid situation, Actually noticed period 3 months both side, but company fire employees without any notice period and compensation.

It’s very innovative and resourceful company with highly technical workforce that enables them to offer state of the art technical solutions and have excellent Proto development facilities at Coimbatore factory come R&D centre. On job learning and continues to upgrade their team technical knowledge through training and association with TML.

No promotion no hikes, HR is just a puppet for R&D GM, what he told they blindly do the job , they send onsite work after that no response from company they asking only send the timesheet every month end, please don't join this company☹️☹️☹️☹️

its been good experience on working with company , We testing BS VI Engines in CNG, Bi-Fuel Vehicles, Gasoline, Diesel Fuel vehicles .
