I liked the management due to keeping very homely atmosphere in office, but at the same time understanding the corporate values and implementing the work culture accordingly. Giving very free hand. With imparting in depth technical training. As well as back up support for achieving the targets. Owners and overall group found with practical thinking.I wish all the best to the management.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. As company is growing, they should adopt new technology / style of working, but I found management seems depending on proven individuals. I feel that it is very good to appreciate the performers, but at the same time company should not be fallen in the hands of few performers so that they will not be able to come out from the dependency seen. I feel that company should always go on developing new talents , new performers by encouraging others so that dependency on one man will be reduced. Individual persons are seen working here in this company rather than system. I feel system should be developed so that automatically freshers get developed and become performers giving good output to company.

Yes its amazing to work with JAYASHREE as myself being an service engineer. I have to visit various site in a month on an of average of 15 days. There are lot of things to learn at site. In every site we can learn new thing which is helpful for my knowledge/future.

Dislikes

The only thing i don't like is the increment per year is very low as per our efforts for jayashree there is no value of our efforts.
