... candidate is excellent at technical skills then no worry about Job security, working for 2 years is much more hear then there after we can learn nothing, Fresher salary starts with 6k with 2.3 years of bound and after 2 years if salary hike is taken by employee then 1.3 years bound to be given, every month salary will get in time by 1st week of every month but for year end appraisal starts in month of April but credits in employee account Oct/Nov month with complete arrears. No entertainments encouraged by management at least 1 team lunch or 1 outing in 1 year, every day min 9 hours work and only work, 4 Sundays and 2,4 Saturdays are Week-offs No employee friendly environment. 3 heads plays with company. Worst HR who checks only employee dressing and no other activities by HR dept. If married then this company is not right to work Doesn't encourage or offer any employment for females who come direct walk-in or from any consultancy. A fresher with 6k per month and for 2 years can work later nothing to learn hear.

More the 9 hours need to work sometimes weekends and full night-outs also and in the morning should login office by 10PM if any employee comes for late 2 days then 1 day salary will be deducted., in is not completely development, Every employee should work in Production support alternately development of new requirements, No senior guidelines will be available because 90% employees are freshers hear, No such trainings will be provided from day1 everyone should work on project, No entertainment will be encouraged by management. finally after 5 PM everyday should fight with mosquitoes or by your own mosquito coil and light it.

Only thing i can say is if any person is having any gap they can join to get experience. No BGV done.

... have to submit your certificates. Not employee friendly. no perks. No growth. Very very less salary(its hard to survive with that salary for an individual).

From day one onwards you will get training,work environment is Good, salary will be credited in 1st or 2 nd working day.Apprisal depends on performance.Travelling required if client demands.

I've Terrible experience working here. No work life balance, very bad management. They take out original certificates and make us feel like hell. No appraisals. Make us to work more than 15hrs, No holiday on Saturday, Sunday. Simply Copy, Paste Code here and there. Work environment is not good like 2bhk flat. No freedom for employees.

Don't go never join this type of companies they will hire and fire first think after join any one writing review mains he sufferd lot of thing same other employee time will not west if your selecting in this company mains not a big deel because they will ask silly questions and hired to employee if your thinking I will learn something...as per my experience don't learn anything I spent 1 and half year only copy pest already existing projects are there banking those module are changing only nothing will learn new things in this company.
