compensation is desent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sime times, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening.

There is alot of political vand Salary is decent but career growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I'm glad, that i was the part or this company, culture was good but wan't some improvement in other activities like sports, vacation, management and policies was also good...

Nothing to dislike but wan't some improvement... Like uniform were not available on time Canteen food is not good enough

Many things are available for self learning like automation, technical conversation. Training facility is regarding documentation. And best thing is there is so young team.

So much politics. Here Growth is only for those people who only revolves in front of the senior. Not for them who is committed for work. Food facility is also not good
