Considering all these parameters,like company culture work satisfaction skill development,job security..etc I will remarked single star

No standard about increament policy.. Cutting in salary is too high.. No social events organised for employees.. Casual approch of management about learning new things

They will do block closure every month ,they will shut down the company and this will impact on payment.If you are having leave ,then it is ok..If you are new joiner ,you will get deducting in payment.Please think before joining

Very bad work environment and culture.management not supportive and company policies change as per company owner decision. Canteen food quality very bad. Appraisal not fix every year, less job security..

There are lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.. Salary offered very less as compare to market..

...uses desktop Entirely dependent on force motors employee review. Strict timing. Even if you late for 5 minutes they will deduct your salary proportionately. Don't join in Direct Tax dept. The force motors DT hod have no sense of talking. He is very arrogant and dominate jaya hind employee. For Tea, you have to get your cup and stand in a queue which feels very embarrassing. More than half employee’s are senior citizen..

Think 20 times before joining this firm... No job security... HR come throgh u out company any time.. No notifications at all.. Old mind set ... If u get security job there means u can join... Owner not trust it's employees only trust security... Managers having there own buddies they only get good promtomtions & increment.. My humble request is don't F##k u r self by joining here.. It is alert msg.. Don't neglect this
