No standard about increament policy.. Cutting in salary is too high.. No social events organised for employees.. Casual approch of management about learning new things

Yes.Because this is my first experience company.i am happy to work this company.The company are basically technical base intustry.my job experience help my all time of life.so experience is good.

They will do block closure every month ,they will shut down the company and this will impact on payment.If you are having leave ,then it is ok..If you are new joiner ,you will get deducting in payment.Please think before joining

In this company trainee engineer means ITI workers,career block company. Only positive is best salary 22000/- First ask HR during joining which department in mechanical maintenance There are two department in mechanical maintenance 1-CNC,2-die casting

Very bad work environment and culture.management not supportive and company policies change as per company owner decision. Canteen food quality very bad. Appraisal not fix every year, less job security..
