Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). ...uses desktop Entirely dependent on force motors employee review. Strict timing. Even if you late for 5 minutes they will deduct your salary proportionately. Don't join in Direct Tax dept. The force motors DT hod have no sense of talking. He is very arrogant and dominate jaya hind employee. For Tea, you have to get your cup and stand in a queue which feels very embarrassing. More than half employee’s are senior citizen..

Think 20 times before joining this firm... No job security... HR come throgh u out company any time.. No notifications at all.. Old mind set ... If u get security job there means u can join... Owner not trust it's employees only trust security... Managers having there own buddies they only get good promtomtions & increment.. My humble request is don't F##k u r self by joining here..
